We love the Foundation Room at the Mandalay Bay Hotel if you don’t want to spend a lot but still want to have a great time. This is a favorite Vegas lounge for fine food, great handmade cocktails, and live entertainment. Plus, the Foundation Room has stunning views of the Strip, where you’ll get a front-row seat for the fireworks at midnight.
Tip: The Strip is completely closed to motorized traffic, usually late afternoon or early evening on the 31st. Book a limo or party bus in advance to plan your rides. Click here to book a Vegas limo service.
